Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Schedule: Weekend requirement: Every other weekend Holidays: Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
Requirements: Valid RN license required Minimum of 2 years total RN experience 1 year of rehabilitation experience required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Epic charting experience required
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to adults and geriatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Assess patient needs and develop individual care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare. Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and treatment goals. Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Compliance / Notes: Orientation: 40 hours Submission requirements: Include SSN, DOB, RTO at time of submission Documentation required pre-start: Copy of certifications, Epic charting confirmation, 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Local rules: 50-mile radius rule applies; submission allowed to one location within region Candidates should research housing options as they are limited in the area.
