Food Production Manager

Production Supervisor | High-Growth Food Manufacturing | West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

I’m currently partnered with a rapidly growing, high-volume food manufacturing organization in West Palm Beach that is scaling aggressively and hiring multiple Production Supervisors immediately.

This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-floor environment — not a sit-behind-a-desk leadership role. If you thrive in fast-paced production settings and know how to drive output through your team, this is worth a conversation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead daily production across shifts in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Directly supervise line operators, leads, and production staff
• Drive output, efficiency, and throughput on the production floor
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
• Partner with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to keep operations moving
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor / Lead / Shift Supervisor
• Strong background in manufacturing or production environments
• (food, beverage, dairy, bakery, or similar highly preferred)
• Hands-on leadership style — comfortable being on the floor with your team
• Experience managing teams and driving performance in fast-paced settings
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, high-demand production environment
