Community Manager

Villa Property Management is a locally owned and managed company committed to providing outstanding service and well-maintained apartment homes and office spaces in the Portland Metro area. We are looking for an experienced community manager to oversee a portfolio in the Beaverton area. With years of expertise, we specialize in managing properties ranging from historic to modern buildings. Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on‑site Community Manager to oversee property operations for a portfolio of communities in Beaverton. Responsibilities include building positive tenant relationships through excellent customer service, managing property maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, ensuring the timely collection of payments, as well as marketing and leasing vacant units. Additionally, the Area Manager will maintain records, adhere to compliance regulations, and proactively address issues to ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth operations. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration Organizational and time management skills to handle day‑to‑day operations efficiently Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including record‑keeping and compliance documentation Familiarity with tenant screening, marketing vacant properties, and lease agreement procedures Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide effective problem‑solving solutions Knowledge of Portland housing regulations and property management software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Villa Property Management
