Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Location: Asburn, VA
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: M-F between 8am-5pm
Location: Free parking available; no Metro access
Environment: Work alongside 3 doctors and clinical staff; one of two front desk personnel. Reliability is essential.
Job Description

• Front Desk Operations - Check patients in and out, complete patient registration, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage daily front desk workflow.
• Patient Support - Provide general customer service, assist patients with needs, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Phone & Communication - Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and route calls as needed.
• EMR Documentation - Document doctor notes and update patient files in the EMR system.
• Multitasking - Balance simultaneous demands including assisting doctors, supporting patients at the desk, and managing phone volume.
• Workload Breakdown: Phones (33%), Computer/EMR (33%), In-person patient support (33%).

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashburn, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
