FeldCare Connects Speech Therapist

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated speech therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an independent contractor to serve Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current speech language pathology license issued by the state board of speech-language pathology and audiology. The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a speech language pathologist. Current certification of competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited speech language pathologist program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!
