Role Description
Als Head of Content bei justETF verantwortest du die Konzeption, Implementierung und Überwachung der Content-Strategie, die sich über unsere Webseite, den Newsletter, YouTube und weitere Kanäle erstreckt. Zusammen mit deinem Team entwickelst du neue Formate sowie fundierte Inhalte und lieferst somit Einblicke, die Menschen befähigen, ETF-Anleger:innen zu werden und die Markenpräsenz von justETF erhöhen.
- Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends in der Finanz- und ETF-Branche sowie in angrenzenden Bereichen.
- Du erstellst und steuerst die Implementierung einer holistischen Content-Strategie über alle Owned-Media-Channel hinweg.
- Du führst ein Team von Expert:innen aus den Bereichen Social Media, Redaktion und Design und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden deines Teams weiter.
- Du etablierst ein sowohl kreatives als auch datengetriebenes Arbeiten in deinen Teams, um die Content-Strategie auf maximale Wirkung zu optimieren.
- Als Expert:in für Finanzmarkt-Themen scheust du dich nicht, auch mal als Gesicht und Stimme für justETF vor der Kamera/dem Mikrofon zu stehen.
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, VWL oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Content Marketing, Social Media oder Journalismus, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Finanzen/Banking, Fintech und/oder Wirtschaft.
- Nachgewiesener Track Record hinsichtlich der Entwicklung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Content-Strategien gepaart mit ausgeprägten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und Mut neue Wege zu gehen.
- Überdurchschnittliches Verständnis der Finanzmärkte und wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge.
- (Mehrjährige) Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams sowie in der erfolgreichen Steuerung komplexer Projekte.
- Kommunikationsstärke (Deutsch und Englisch) mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte prägnant und verständlich zu vermitteln sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
