Associate Director, International Market Access and Pricing, Immunology

Associate Director role leading international pricing strategy for RINVOQ immunology product. Develops pricing guidance, analyzes market access scenarios, and partners with cross-functional teams to optimize global pricing while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain international pricing guidance including price corridors and launch recommendations aligned with brand strategy
• Lead development and review of pricing business cases for executive councils with financial impact quantification
• Build and execute price-volume trade-off and International Reference Pricing analyses to evaluate pricing scenarios
• Own RINVOQ pricing assumptions in annual planning and long-range forecasts including price evolution and erosion
• Partner with areas, affiliates, therapy teams and HTA to translate pricing guidance into market outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Health Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Pharmacy
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical pricing, market access, health economics, or commercial finance experience
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills with Excel proficiency for pricing and scenario analysis
• Working knowledge of International Reference Pricing and launch sequencing implications
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders
• Influence and decision-making capability in matrix organizations with incomplete information
