Focusing on enhancing Contact Center operations, the full-time Knowledge Management Specialist will acquire, organize, and share information while developing knowledge management strategies and internal communications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to support operational efficiency and business goals Create and manage internal communication strategies to ensure timely and engaging updates for associates Curate and maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and relevance Required qualifications High School diploma, GED, or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, corporate communications, or content development Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Contact Center systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to present information effectively Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
