What You'll Be Dishing Out: Lead by example - energize your team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences Hire, train & develop a dream team that brings the QDOBA magic every shift Own the numbers - manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and all the fun operations stuff Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and positivity Build community connections that turn guests into regulars Ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellence from open to close Ingredients for a Rock Star GM: 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred) A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused You communicate like a pro and hustle with heart Nights, weekends, holidays?
