Maintenance Account Manager

As a Maintenance Account Manager, you will foster client relationships and contribute to the company's reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities Lead sales efforts for maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and enhancement services. Conduct regular site visits to client properties to assess quality and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain strong client relationships, aiming for a client retention rate of at least 90% year over year. Communicate effectively with clients and the Operations Manager, ensuring timely responses to calls and emails. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and proper completion of work. Demonstrate respect, collaboration, and support for team members. Embody company core values. Be a key member of the leadership team as the company expands. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal. Ability to operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and common plant materials. Full range of mobility in upper and lower body; able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer. Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurability to drive company vehicles. Proficient in using smartphones and computers with relevant applications. Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally. Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, and on-call during winter months.
