Front Desk Agent Located in the heart of Houston Chinatown, we are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and editing documents, while also being willing to learn and use additional office software as needed. Candidates must be capable of clear and effective verbal and written communication in English, and demonstrate professional etiquette when interacting in person, over the phone, and through email. Strong communication, comprehension, expression, and learning abilities are essential for this role.
