Department: Next Gen Reports To: Camp Hydaway Director Mission: To assist TRBC in its mission of changing the world by developing Christ followers who love God and love people. Job Goal: The job goal of the kitchen director of Camp Hydaway is to maintain an orderly kitchen, maintain food inventory, follow food safety guidelines, manage kitchen staff and volunteers, prepare meals.

- Organize and manage kitchen
- Order and stock food
- Engage team to accomplish the goal of making meals for 200 people
- Timeliness
- Interact with kiddos in a positive encouraging manner
- 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience
- Hardworking & Service oriented
- Willingness to get SafeServ Certified or SafeServ Certified
