Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals Oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs Requirements: 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments or disciplines Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred About Us: Bridgeway Partners Inc is a trusted name in professional search, entering it's 21st year and known for building strong teams.
