What You'll Do

• Float across multiple ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
• Provide critical care including ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and patient monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Adapt to changing unit needs and patient acuities with flexibility
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards
• Document patient information efficiently in EPIC electronic health records

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR systems
• Strong clinical skills including IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Ability to adapt to different ICU environments and team collaborations

About the Assignment

This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a busy, state-of-the-art ICU environment within a prominent Ohio hospital. You'll be supporting the Critical Care Float Pool, stepping into a variety of ICU settings based on staffing needs. The facility is committed to providing a supportive environment and flexible scheduling options for travel RNs.
