• Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; previous travel nursing experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Float across a variety of critical care units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Provide high-quality patient care tailored to ICU protocols and patient needs
• Manage ventilator support, telemetry, and IV starts for critically ill patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and safety standards
• Document care activities accurately in EPIC EMR
• Respond swiftly to emergent patient situations with professionalism and expertise

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Ability to start IVs, manage telemetry, and operate ventilators
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
