We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and more!The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greetingEnsures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfactionAnswers phone call in a professional and courteous mannerTransfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not availableReceives, sorts, and forwards incoming mailCoordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office suppliesAssists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filingShares cashier responsibilities and processes as requiredFollows company safety procedures and policiesJob Qualifications:Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groupsPrevious Front Desk experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and managementExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAble to establish rapport and build relationships with customersDemonstrate sufficient computer literacyPossess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standardsSchedule:Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5pm to closingTuesday from 1pm to closingFriday offSaturday from 12 to closingSalary starting at $16 per hour
