Grow with us! Kellon Insurance Agency in Bartlett, TN, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Personal Lines CSR. We are a close-knit office where we work together as a team to create the best possible experience for each of our clients. You will be interacting with clients to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them while following up to ensure satisfaction. We are a small office and get along well with others and show our appreciation in any way we can. Our work hours are 8:30 to 4:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Responsibilities- Greeting incoming customers professionally and provide friendly service
- Handle Incoming calls and emails
- Assist Customers with Policy changes, billing questions and payments
- Handle Renewals and Cancellations
- Daily and weekly download reports
- Print ID Cards and Dec pages for customers as needed
- Take quote information from customers
- Ethical conduct at all times
- 5+ years of experience in Office Administration/Front Desk
- Independent insurance industry experience related to managing personal lines accounts
- knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Ability to work well with others
