Project Manager - IP&R

Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) initiatives for a leading retail and supply chain organization. This role will drive projects focused on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment processes, and supply chain transformation while partnering with cross‑functional business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Planning projects and possess a strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management processes within retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) projects from initiation through successful delivery. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders. Drive initiatives focused on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment accuracy, and supply chain process improvements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. Support business requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. Collaborate with business teams to improve inventory planning processes, ordering rules, replenishment parameters, and item setup. Track and analyze inventory‑related KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, stock availability, and replenishment performance. Facilitate project governance meetings, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communication. Drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption of new business processes and system enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered with high quality while meeting business objectives and timelines. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering Supply Chain or Inventory Planning initiatives. Strong understanding of Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization concepts. Experience managing cross‑functional projects involving Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT teams. Proven experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Experience coordinating system implementations, enhancements, testing, UAT, and production rollouts. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
