Public Procurement & Contracts Specialist

Prince George County, VA is seeking a Procurement Officer to prepare specifications and invitation to bid or request for proposal packages, secure and analyze bids, requisition materials, and create purchase orders. The incumbent will maintain files and records, manage and post solicitations and contract awards in eVA, and handle surplus property sales.
