Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop integrated care plans, and create effective treatment strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based interventions and screenings to evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care, sharing relevant information among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor and report client progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and addressing any concerns regarding their well-being.

• Participate in on-call coverage, providing crisis intervention and support outside of regular hours when needed.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by engaging in committee work aimed at enhancing service delivery processes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders, along with effective therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other healthcare software to document progress and treatment interventions accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Previous involvement in community outreach or health education programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
