About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, DSP Partnerships to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key relationships with DSPs, which are essential for driving liquidity across the company's exchange. This role involves leading a team that is at the intersection of revenue and R&D, and is focused on evaluating market opportunities, signing new integrations, and managing existing partnerships to ensure the continued success of the business. The VP, DSP Partnerships will be a strategic leader, working closely with the COO to develop and execute the global DSP and marketplace partnership strategy. Applicants for the VP, DSP Partnerships position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in partnership management within the advertising technology industry, with at least 7 years specifically in programmatic roles involving DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, or related technology. The role requires a proven track record in building and managing high-impact DSP partnerships, a consultative and results-driven approach to relationship management, and a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and a data-driven, analytical mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. The role demands a forward-thinking individual with a curious nature and strong creative problem-solving skills to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
