What this job involves:
As an Area 2 IFM Lead at JLL, you will oversee all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and delivery within the Area, connecting IFM to other GPP service lines while bridging Regional IFM leadership to site level IFM teams and fostering client relationships at the Area level. This role ensures contract governance requirements are met and high client satisfaction is achieved through collaborative relationships with other IFM Leads and operational IFM delivery teams while requiring regular travel to all sites within the Area to drive excellence in service delivery. You will lead and manage all IFM operations within the assigned area, ensuring delivery of integrated facilities management services that align with JLL and GREF goals, objectives, and Leadership Principles while fostering a collaborative and empowering culture that inspires team members to achieve their full potential. This position involves driving innovation in service delivery, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and exceed client expectations while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor, directly contributing to JLL's transformative solutions for the real estate industry through comprehensive integrated facilities management leadership and operational excellence.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and manage all IFM operations within assigned area ensuring delivery of integrated facilities management services aligned with JLL and GREF goals and Leadership Principles
- Foster collaborative and empowering culture while inspiring team members to achieve full potential and contribute to organizational success through effective leadership
- Drive innovation in service delivery leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and exceed client expectations across multiple locations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as trusted advisor while continuously seeking opportunities to add value to their business operations
- Monitor and manage financial performance ensuring achievement of established financial targets while driving cost savings initiatives for operational efficiency
- Champion culture of safety and compliance implementing rigorous health and safety standards to mitigate risk and ensure safe working environments
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned area while collaborating with business development teams for new business opportunities
- Connect IFM to other GPP service lines while bridging Regional IFM leadership to site level IFM teams through regular travel and relationship building.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis and 8+ years of experience in facilities management
- Focus on integrated facilities management with proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing IFM operations across multiple and remote locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across diverse environments
- Experience in translating client needs and balancing interests of client with those of JLL while demonstrating strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements with ability to ensure contract governance requirements are met
- Leadership experience fostering collaborative relationships with other IFM Leads and operational IFM delivery teams for high client satisfaction achievement
- Ability to drive excellence in service delivery through regular travel to all sites within Area while connecting IFM to other service lines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree with demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions in integrated facilities management environments
- Familiarity with technology solutions and tools for operations optimization with experience promoting sustainability awareness and fostering environmental stewardship culture
- Ability to collaborate with sustainability teams to monitor key metrics and drive progress towards sustainability targets in facilities management operations
- Knowledge of emergency prevention and operational controls with cross-selling experience and growth opportunity identification skills
- Understanding of GPP service lines integration with experience bridging Regional IFM leadership to site level teams across multiple locations
- Background in contract governance and compliance management with ability to exceed client expectations through innovative service delivery approaches.

Estimated compensation for this position:
192,300.00 - 278,700.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
