We are always looking for top talents like you .For more information, please visit: Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabil i ty Preferred Qualificatifions Experience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply c hainFamiliarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring pract icesExperience working in a high-growth or startup environ mentMandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus Perks of Benefits Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000- $130,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
