Marketing Coordinator — Architecture Brand & Campaigns

Our office is very close to public transportation in the heart of the Fairlie-Poplar district downtown, next to Woodruff Park. Responsibilities: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the office’s business development and marketing activities. Upkeep and brand management of all PRAXIS3 print and digital marketing collateral. Assist in the preparation and delivery of RFQ and RFP responses, for both public and private clients. Write PRAXIS3 marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web, rankings etc.) Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows and traditional or digital campaigns. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations. Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts. Requirements: Proven experience in the marketing and graphic design industry Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with an ability to press for accountability of senior management team Fundamental understanding of design relating to print and digital presentations and documents. Experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a must. Knowledge of Wordpress and HTML code. Experience with Adobe After Effects a huge plus.
