Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment strategies. Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals and promote their mental well-being. Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy methods. Deliver teletherapy services to ensure clients receive uninterrupted support regardless of geographical boundaries. Address urgent mental health concerns through crisis intervention, providing immediate and compassionate care. Engage in continuous professional development, enhancing your knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice focuses primarily on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional distress. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building relationships with clients and colleagues. A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor is vital in guiding clients through their mental health journeys. Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to effectively manage a caseload and associated administrative responsibilities. Must maintain a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred. Experience in crisis intervention and management of urgent mental health situations is beneficial. A background in working with diverse populations and varying cultural backgrounds is a plus. Compensation and Benefits A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
