Salary: $80,000-$95,000

Our client is looking for a passionate, organized, and people-focused People & Culture Associate to join our Human Resources team in Mebane, NC.

What You'll Do

Create an Outstanding Employee Experience

You'll help ensure every employee has a positive and seamless experience throughout their employment journey by:

• Coordinating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities
• Preparing new hire documentation, employment verification, background checks, and E-Verify administration
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating orientation sessions, welcome activities, and onboarding materials
• Managing employee communications, announcements, and engagement through platforms such as Workvivo
• Serving as the primary HR contact for Global Mobility activities, including relocation, immigration, work visas, and green card processes

Support Talent Development & Learning

Help our employees reach their full potential by supporting talent and development initiatives, including:

• Talent Calibration and Succession Planning
• Performance Management and Development Planning cycles
• Learning & Development programs and training coordination
• Training needs analysis and development tracking
• Administration of learning platforms, including Brainshark
• Providing employees and managers with guidance on available learning opportunities

Strengthen Our Employer Brand

Play an active role in attracting exceptional talent by:

• Supporting employer branding initiatives
• Participating in career fairs, campus recruiting, and internship programs
• Assisting with talent attraction campaigns and community engagement activities

Drive HR Excellence Through Data & Systems

Maintain the integrity of our HR operations by:

• Managing employee information within HR and Payroll systems
• Performing data audits, reconciliations, and system maintenance
• Supporting employee inquiries through People Central
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports
• Administering employee recognition and service award programs
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and data quality

Partner Across the Business

Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic People & Culture initiatives by:

• Assisting with Employee Engagement Survey activities
• Supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Preparing presentations, reports, and leadership communications
• Supporting compensation and rewards initiatives
• Providing day-to-day guidance on HR-related questions

Support Workplace Operations

Help maintain an exceptional workplace by:

• Managing HR vendors and purchase requisitions
• Supporting Environmental Health & Safety initiatives
• Coordinating office and manufacturing support services, including cafeteria operations, uniforms, and facility services
• Promoting a culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR support role
• Experience working with HRIS and HR technology platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting HR projects
• Experience working within a global or multicultural organization
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
