Information Technology Portfolio Manager

Our client is actively seeking a IT Portfolio Manager to lead the governance of their enterprise technology transformation. Lead and oversee a complex program consisting of 25+ technology upgrade and remediation projects. Establish and maintain strong program governance, ensuring alignment across project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and timelines across all initiatives. Program Oversight Manage and coordinate the work of multiple project managers and project owners across the program. Track project progress and ensure alignment with overall program goals and milestones. Identify and proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies. Executive Communication & Reporting Prepare and deliver weekly program status updates for leadership and the Program Steering Committee (SteerCo). Develop clear executive-level reporting on program progress, financials, and risks. Facilitate regular program governance meetings and stakeholder updates. Oversee program financials, including budgets and cost tracking across multiple projects. Manage and track change requests (CRs) associated with program initiatives. Ensure financial transparency and alignment with program objectives. Coordinate closely with external vendors. Work with vendor program leadership while maintaining internal program ownership and accountability. Partner with internal project owners and technology leaders to ensure successful program delivery.
