Date: May 18, 2026 From: Office of the Superintendent Subject: Vacancy Position: Senior Aerospace Science Instructor - PHS Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre‑K to 12th grade school district of approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey. Responsibilities Complies with all regulatory guidelines outlined in Cadet Command Regulation, JROTC Program Organization, Administration, Operations, Training and Support and Cadet Command Regulation, Organizational Inspection Program Provides comprehensive educational instructions to students enrolled in the JROTC program Assess and documents student leadership skills and JROTC academic skills Develops and implements instructional lesson plans utilizing the JROTC four phase lesson plan curriculum, and materials provided by the US Air Force Cadet Command Maintains documents of student progress Implements appropriate instructional techniques based on individual student needs Complies with the requirements outlined in the annual JROTC Curriculum Implementation Plan Collaborates with general education staff, special education staff, guidance counselors and school administrators as needed to maximize program effectiveness Maintains technical proficiency in the administrative, logistical, and cadet data components of the Join Unit Management Reporting Systems Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience accepted Ability to apply critical thinking skills in rendering solutions to various issues Must be able to collaborate effectively with District personnel, the general public, and with diverse groups of people Endorsement #2250 Military Science New Jersey Certification REQUIRED MUST pass NJ Criminal History Review Unit fingerprinting requirement New Jersey State residency requirements for public school employees in effect Terms Terms and conditions as per contract #J-18808-Ljbffr Pennsauken Public Schools
