Biller/Title Clerk

Pay and Benefits In-person role 401(k) with company match Employee discounts and more Job Responsibilities Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently Review deal paperwork for completeness, including contracts, titles, and lender documents Submit contracts to lenders and track funding status to ensure timely payments Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation Maintain organized deal jackets and files to ensure audit compliance Reconcile vehicle billing with accounting schedules and the Dealer Management System (DMS) Submit and track manufacturer incentives and rebates, ensuring proper documentation and payment Support month‑end closing processes as needed Qualifications Prior experience as an Automotive Billing Clerk or similar role in a dealership setting Experience with Dealer Management Systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Knowledge of DMV title and registration processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills At Central Florida Lincoln, we believe in fostering long‑term careers built on teamwork, trust, and respect.
