Overview A Product Manager (PM) defines the product strategy, roadmap, and features, coordinating the entire lifecycle from conception to market launch. They work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to solve customer pain points, drive business goals, and analyze product performance. Responsibilities Product Definition: Create detailed product requirements documents (PRD) and prioritize features.
