Position Title: Front Office Administrative Assistant / In-House Marketing Lead
Reports To: Executive Management Team
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, personable, and professional administrative assistant to be the first point of contact for our office and support day-to-day operations. This role blends front desk duties, lead handling, data entry, basic bookkeeping, calendar management, light executive support. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage and implement regular marketing and advertisement campaigns, through various media (digital, print, social media, etc.). Starting pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the front desk
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Process incoming leads and enter them into our system
• Schedule and manage sales appointments and calendars
• Handle general office administrative tasks (filing, ordering supplies, mail)
• Provide executive assistant support as needed (scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, misc. tasks for management)
• Maintain organized records and files
• Support the sales team with scheduling and follow-ups
• Other administrative duties as needed
• Coordinate, create and implement in-house marketing strategy to include: social media posts, marketing emails, and digital and printed advertisement material.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative, secretarial, or front desk role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Verifiable commercial / business marketing experience
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Prior experience in outdoor services preferred
