As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential security-related issues to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
