Cinfedis searching for a Mortgage Servicing Specialist I based in Cincinnati, OH at the Oakley Headquarters . Position purpose To assist the Mortgage Lending Department and members with the servicing of mortgages. Examines documents on collateral to ensure proper lien position, tax status, and evidence of insurance. Prepares documents to record mortgage principal, interest, and escrow account payments. Provides professional, courteous, and timely member service. Establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with members and mortgage professionals. Establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with Credit union personnel and with management. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
