Project Manager

Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout. Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety teams to identify and resolve hazards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead regular owner coordination and reporting meetings. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules; establish objectives, performance standards, and monitor progress. Coordinate communication among clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Manage project financials including forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, profitability, subcontractor costs, and budget performance. Ensure compliance with applicable labor agreements and project requirements. Conduct and oversee weekly subcontractor coordination meetings. Prepare, price, submit, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and change orders. Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain alignment with project goals. Lead project closeout activities and ensure timely, high-quality turnover to the client. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial construction. Demonstrated ability to manage technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial aspects of large construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, planning, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr CivicMinds, Inc
