This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging legal cases, providing top-tier legal services to our diverse client base. Responsibilities Provide legal representation to clients in business, employment, and civil litigation matters. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents to provide informed advice to clients. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure the best interest of the clients. Manage all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials. Proactively handle employment law matters such as wage and hour disputes, employment defense, and other related issues. Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for the successful resolution of various legal disputes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with a focus on Business, Employment, and/or Civil Law. Admission to the CA state bar. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make well‑reasoned legal arguments. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful dispute resolution. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
