Bilingual Assistant Lead Case Manager

What You Will Do As an Assistant Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager, and/or Program Director. Maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule and be subject to extended hours, weekends, and on‑call duties. Assign cases immediately upon arrival or by the next day. Assist with reviewing Family Reunification Packets for the case management team to ensure fidelity to appropriate standards prior to submission to any stakeholder. Ensure that case management department files are properly closed. Prepare and submit weekly case log reports to program staff and local funding. Qualifications Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Hold a BA/BS in a related field. Have prior case management experience, including at least one year in child welfare. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
