Account Director - Brand Strategy - Marketplace Partnership Full-time Hybrid New York At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. We leverage data‑driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market. About the role Reporting to the AVP of Brand Strategy, the Account Director will own 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio while spearheading internal projects and over Role Responsibilities Responsible for revenue growth, sales performance and providing guidance on promotional calendar to our brands Work in tandem with the Performance Marketing team on advertising performance and KPI improvement, and partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content, and Brand Health teams Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROI Lead weekly client calls and present advertising and sales performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including annual reviews Track / progress towards annual revenue targets for internal sales goals Provide and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts for brands Requirements Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management role Amazon Seller Central experience a must Exceptional communicator with strong client‑facing and relationship management skills Self‑motivated with high attention to detail Must be organized and thoughtful Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations MS Office Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets Experience with Google Analytics, Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus Benefits Health, dental, and vision Paid Time Off (PTO) Summer Fridays Wellness and commuter benefits Work with a fun, consultative team of experts.
