Portfolio Analyst, Research & Development (R&D) Portfolio Management

Portfolio Analyst supporting R&D portfolio management at a major medical technology company. This role bridges project execution and business visibility by managing portfolio data, enabling PMO processes, and delivering analytics to leadership. Based in Georgia with on-site collaboration required.
Responsibilities
- Enable project teams with effective PMO processes, tools, and reporting systems
- Maintain accurate portfolio data and manage OnePlan and related systems
- Translate project execution data into portfolio-level visibility for leadership decisions
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and metrics for data-driven governance
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to align portfolio analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years portfolio analysis, PMO, project management, or analytics experience
- Project and portfolio management practices and tools knowledge
- Strong Excel, analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate and implement new technology including AI and automation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
