Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our San Antonio team.

In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and brand experiences. You will work closely with team members, vendors, clients, and event participants to help ensure each project is organized, engaging, and professionally executed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and contributing to projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events from preparation through completion.
• Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Help coordinate event schedules, materials, supplies, and logistics.
• Ensure event spaces and branded materials are presented professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each event.
• Monitor event activities and assist with resolving unexpected issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Maintain organized records related to event preparation and execution.
• Represent Elevare Branding professionally during events and client interactions.
• Participate in post-event reviews and provide feedback for future improvements.
