What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in a Cath Lab setting within the past year
• Ability to perform multiple functions including circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing during procedures
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology, vascular, and structural heart procedures
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in sterile technique, vasoactive and sedation administration, critical patient assessments, and specialized equipment such as Impella, Rotoblater, and IABP
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with patient ratios of 1:1

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with complex interventional procedures like laser atherectomy or lithotripsy
• Ability to float between facilities and adapt to different clinical settings
• Prior exposure to advanced imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring

Preferred Education & Experience:

• AS or BSN degree from an accredited program
• Prior cath lab experience with a focus on coronary and peripheral vascular interventions

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to float between Willis Knighton Pierremont, Bossier, and WKMC North facilities
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes rotating weekends, call shifts, and overtime as needed
• Successful completion of a one-week orientation and possible precepting hours
