What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in a Cath Lab setting within the last year
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
• Proficiency in vasoactive drug administration, sedation, critical assessment, and sterile technique
• Confidence with advanced equipment, including Impella, IABP, laser, atherectomy devices, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, and valid driver’s license for floating between facilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with structural heart procedures like TAVR and MitraClip
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse
• Additional certifications such as RCIS (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience operating Philips imaging systems, IVUS, EKOS, and other specialized vascular equipment

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• At least 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience in a high-volume, complex setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work rotating call shifts, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities within the network
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and delivering patient-centered care
