A Day in the Life:

As a Customer Service Payment Specialist, you'll:

• Print and issue checks for scrap metal purchases with 99% accuracy.
• Greet every customer warmly, answer questions, and resolve minor issues.
• Keep precise records and reconcile totals at the end of each day.
• Support the team with paperwork, filing, and keeping the office organized.
• Collaborate with coworkers to handle rush periods and maintain smooth operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience in cashiering, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with basic office software and recordkeeping systems.
• A positive attitude and flexibility in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to complete background and bonding processes.
• You must be available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm AND Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm. This position is eligible for overtime.
