Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Location: Plano, TX Pay Rate: $52.00/hr. Business Operations Analyst Top Skills: Business analysis Process improvement Business and general management Summary: The B2B CARE Business Operations Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organization's operational functions, including Customer's VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed. Responsibilities: B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support. Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates. Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction. Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting preparation (Supporting role) for senior leadership and the Global HQ office. Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with B2B customers' expectations. Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for the team's targets. Day-to-day operational support. Requirements: 5+ years of related administrative and project management experience BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite Must have demonstrated project and program management skills Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels Preferred Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage one’s time Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus Employee Benefits Include: Medical Dental Vision 401k Paid Time Off + More! #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffmark
