What You’ll Do Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and schedule payments Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements Prepare and send customer invoices, apply payments, and manage AR aging Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audits Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years AP/AR experience (manufacturing preferred) ERP/MRP system experience (JobBOSS or similar a plus) Strong Excel and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Summary Washington Metal Fabricators (WMF) is a 45+ year old contract manufacturing company that produces a very large and diverse range of products for companies throughout the United States.
