- Additional If Trained as Pediatric Surgeons:
Umbilical Defects (Omphalocele, Hernia, Imperforate Anus)
• Physicians in Practice: 2 Gen Surg + new clinician being hired
• No. of ORs: 3 (+ Procedure Room)
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VT License or IMLC
• BC/BE in Gen Surg
• Residency in Gen Surg
• DEA
• CPR
• BLS
• Proficiency in surgical techniques & procedures
• Clean record
• Local/No flights
• Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the month)
