Production Operator, Processing - Weekend Nights

What you’ll do Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality and safety system. Responsible for the manufacturing of liquid adult, pediatric, and medical nutritional products, including lifting and handling of raw ingredients, weighing, staging, and manufacturing processes, material handling and dispensing, operation of scales, portable pumps, container rinsers, and homogenizers. Perform hand cleaning, CIP, COP, and routine housekeeping. Use computer systems integrated into the manufacturing process and document manufacturing steps in accordance with work order and job procedures. Prepare, operate, monitor, and document bulk slurries for blending operations, heat treatment processes, and controlled weigh systems of batch ingredients. Operate and document a computer‑controlled CIP system for manufacturing equipment. Receive and unload bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals. Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies and procedures. Shift – Weekend Nights Thursday: 11 pm–7:30 am Friday and Saturday: 7 pm–7:30 am Sunday: 7 pm–3:30 am Pay $25.00 per hour + 5 % shift premium. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lb during the shift. Knowledge of food processing techniques and documentation requirements. Ability to read and follow work order documents, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and operate powered industrial vehicles. Good mechanical aptitude and solid problem‑solving skills. Experience in a plant production environment (preferably within drug, food, or beverage manufacturing).
