Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering rapport and trust while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments, including timely discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and periodically review person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client history, needs, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to the client's goals.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, gain insights, and develop professionally.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Our approach centers on client empowerment, encouraging each individual to participate actively in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and practice management software like PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, particularly in applying evidence-based practices.

• Fluency in additional languages will be considered a plus, enhancing our reach to a broader client base.

• Previous experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, paid in advance of collections, so you will never experience delays in reimbursement. Additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses, making your earning potential significant.
