Production Laborer

Our team is looking for a dedicated Production Laborer to join the Main Processing Line Department. In this role, you will handle vital tasks within our food manufacturing environment. We have openings for Day, Swing, and Grave shifts. Candidates must be prepared to handle weekend work and overtime hours as needed. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our main processing line. Core Responsibilities: Maintain a sanitary workspace by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down equipment. Support the team by monitoring production activities to ensure efficient operations. Handle packaging and preparation tasks, including assembling bins, taping boxes, and applying straps or stencils. Assist leadership, including supervisors and managers, with additional tasks as they arise to help the department meet its goals. Qualifications: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including non-traditional hours and weekends. Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
