Customer Service Supervisor
Location: N. Dighton, Massachusetts

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional customer interactions—coaching your team, solving challenges, and helping customers achieve their financial goals. If you enjoy mentoring others, making an impact in your community, and growing your career in banking, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire :
- Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff
- Provide ongoing training and feedback
- Manage staffing schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with customers Drive Results & Growth :
- Identify referral opportunities
- Support sales initiatives and branch goals Ensure Operational Excellence :
- Oversee teller operations and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with policies Be a Team Player :
- Collaborate across departments
- Participate in community events What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year teller experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of banking products
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Bilingual a plus but not required
