Director, Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities Lead the execution of procurement strategies for the region/function Design, manage, and continuously improve procurement strategies Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team Champion the development of procurement professionals Oversee the execution of high value and strategic supplier relationship management Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers Identify, unlock, and deliver cost savings opportunities Drive initiatives for hard cost reduction, total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements Redesign and refresh category strategies Develop and implement best-in-class sourcing approaches Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership teams Ensure procurement processes adhere to corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements Develop risk mitigation strategies for procurement activities Establish and track procurement performance metrics Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements Senior-level experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management Demonstrated success negotiating outsourced industrial, manufacturing, or other 3PL services Experience operating in complex, multi-country environments Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder influence in a 3PL environment Ability to lead through change and operate effectively in ambiguity Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or procurement certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
